Job summary

PT Nipsea Paint & Chemicals seeks a Maintenance Assistant Manager for the Gresik Plant to lead maintenance activities, implement preventive and predictive programs, and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading and developing a maintenance team.
• Knowledge of spare parts management and maintenance planning.
• Proficiency in Excel and related MS Office tools.
• Willingness to be placed at the Gresik plant in East Java.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure reliability and optimal performance of production machinery.
• Plan and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Supervise and develop the maintenance team for effective operations and continuous improvement.
• Manage spare parts, resources, and costs to support plant efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
• Develop and improve maintenance procedures, work instructions, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure safe, compliant operations.
