Job summary

Golden Agri Resources in Medan seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager for chemical plant operations. You will coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, ensure preventive maintenance is executed on schedule, and drive improvements in equipment reliability and MTBF/MTTR metrics.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree with extensive experience in chemical plant maintenance, including leadership at the managerial level, and hands-on knowledge of rotating and static equipment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (Mechanical Engineering) from reputable University.
• Minimal 15 years experiences in chemical plant maintenance with minimal 5 years at managerial position.
• Well verse with rotating equipment (pumps, fans, etc) and static equipment (like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, vacuum vessels, etc).
• Good knowledge of electrical and instrument is necessary.
• Able to lead the maintenance team to increase MTBF and reduce MTTR; to do effective RCA; improve the skill set of maintenance team.
• Good project management skill in times of turnaround is added advantage.
• Willing to work in MEDAN.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing instruments and electrical equipment.
• Ensure calibration is on schedule and make improvements by modifying equipment/machines.
• Coordinate project execution within scope to meet targets; verify PRP and Deep Cleaning effectiveness.
• Ensure SAP administration accuracy; support quality management systems (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC, RSPO).
• Develop maintenance staff; maintain all equipment and clean working environment.

Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO). Responsible for the development of employees in maintenance. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment and equipment (cleanliness) environment (environment) in the work location.
