Job summary

PT Nipsea Paint & Chemicals mencari Supervisor Pemeliharaan berpengalaman untuk mengawasi pemeliharaan mekanik dan kelistrikan, menjaga keandalan peralatan produksi, dan memastikan kinerja optimal fasilitas pabrik.

Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di pemeliharaan pada industri kimia, cat, atau manufaktur, dengan kemampuan analitis yang kuat, bahasa Inggris yang baik, serta kemampuan berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak terkait.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in chemical, paint, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance systems, troubleshooting, and plant utilities.
• Experience managing maintenance projects including planning, budgeting, execution, and commissioning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and structured thinking skills.
• Excellent coordination and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to equipment reliability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and supervise daily maintenance activities, inspections, and procedures for mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for production equipment and utilities.
• Ensure operation and maintenance of plant utilities (spray booths, water treatment, chillers, air compressors, wastewater treatment, building infrastructure).
• Maintain production machinery to maximize reliability, efficiency, and availability.
• Review and update electrical panels, grounding systems, and cabling installations.
• Review and update SLDs, drawings, and other technical documents.
• Manage mechanical, electrical, piping, static equipment, and HVAC projects from design to start-up.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, on-schedule maintenance.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance activities, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain the optimal performance of production machinery and plant utilities.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance within the chemical, paint, or manufacturing industry.

Good understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance systems, troubleshooting, and plant utilities.

Experience in handling maintenance projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and commissioning, is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and supervise daily maintenance activities, plant inspections, and maintenance procedures for mechanical and electrical equipment.

Plan, execute, and evaluate preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs for production equipment and utilities.

Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of plant utilities, including spray booths, water treatment systems, chillers, air compressors, exhaust gas treatment systems, wastewater treatment facilities, and building infrastructure.

Ensure production machinery and equipment are properly maintained to maximize reliability, efficiency, and operational availability.

Review and improve electrical panels, grounding systems, and electrical cabling installations.

Review and update SLD, electrical and mechanical drawings, and other relevant technical documentation.

Manage mechanical, electrical, piping, static equipment, and HVAC projects, covering conceptual design, planning, budgeting, execution, commissioning, and start-up.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities and projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
