Job summary

Cegi Luxury Villas in Bali is seeking a proactive Guest Relations & Concierge Manager to elevate guest experiences across Bingin-Uluwatu properties. You will manage guest communications, coordinate arrivals and special requests, and lead concierge services with trusted suppliers.

The role demands excellent English, strong organization, and a commercial mindset to grow revenue and maintain high service standards in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, guest relations or villa management.
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest communications via platforms and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, check-ins, check-outs and special requests.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and follow up.
• Develop and manage concierge services with external suppliers.
• Identify, select and negotiate with reliable suppliers.
• Promote concierge services and generate additional revenue.
• Monitor supplier performance, costs, bookings and profitability.
• Maintain guest records, concierge administration and daily reports.
• Support Villa Operations & Quality Manager on guest services.
