Job summary

Ventore Group Indonesia Hospitality is seeking a Butler to join our team in the Uluwatu area. The role focuses on providing personalized guest service, villa orientation, and coordinating check-in/out for a seamless guest experience.

Applicants should have hospitality experience or be a fresh graduate with strong English communication, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a proactive, service-minded attitude. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong English communication (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiar with hospitality systems or basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and exceptional guest service throughout the guest stay.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and conduct villa orientation.
• Coordinate check-in and check-out processes smoothly.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
• Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, kitchen, and security to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, spa bookings, tours, and special events.
• Serve food and beverages when required (in-villa dining service).
• Ensure villa cleanliness, readiness, and maintenance standards are met at all times.
• Maintain guest privacy, confidentiality, and security.
• Prepare daily guest reports and communicate important information to management.
