Job summary

Jeeva Resorts seeks an experienced Spa Manager to lead daily operations and guest experiences on site in Indonesia. You will drive spa performance, guest satisfaction, and team development in a luxury resort setting.

You will oversee staff, inventory, budgets, and promotions, ensuring high service standards across treatments and facilities while aligning with sales and marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Spa Management, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Spa Management.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and guest service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, marketing and business development skills.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Able to manage staff, inventory, budgets and daily spa operations.
• Professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to achieve operational and service goals.
• Develop spa promotions and strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Monitor spa revenue, expenses, inventory, and overall performance.
• Ensure all treatments, facilities, and services meet quality and safety standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
