Job summary

Aloita Resort on a pristine Mentawai island in West Sumatra seeks a skilled spa professional to lead the spa experience. This is a working leadership role where you will both deliver treatments and own the spa operation.

You will manage guest experience, scheduling, product inventory, and menu development, and you will train and guide additional spa staff as the team grows. This is a full‑time, live‑in position for an ambitious professional.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a spa environment, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
• Skilled in massage therapy, facials, body treatments, and wellness rituals.
• Confident working independently in a remote location.
• Professional, warm, and fluent in communicating with international guests.
• Basic English communication skills required.

This is a working leadership role. You will both deliver treatments and take ownership of the spa operation — from guest experience and scheduling to product management and standards.
