Qualifications

• 4+ years of solid engineering experience in hospitality.
• Experience as Assistant Director of Engineering in large operations (>500 rooms).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree is desirable.
• Fluent Indonesian language preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, budgeting, and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the engineering and maintenance team, ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Manage annual budget and capital expenditure plans for the engineering and maintenance department.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to prolong infrastructure and equipment life.
• Manage all vendor contracts and relationships to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure guest requests and issues related to engineering and maintenance are resolved quickly and efficiently.
