Job summary

The Bandha Hotel & Suites in Bali seeks a Corporate Spa Manager to lead all spa operations on site in Kuta. You’ll ensure luxury service standards, schedule and supervise staff, and partner with departments to deliver a guest experience aligned with our signature brand.

Responsibilities include designing spa menus, implementing protocols, budgeting, revenue targets, training teams, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining health, safety and hygiene compliance in a serene, high-touch environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading daily spa operations and teams.
• Proven ability to elevate guest satisfaction in luxury settings.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management skills.
• Knowledge of skin care treatments and spa services.
• Experience in luxury hotels/resorts, preferably in management roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with spa software and reporting tools.
• Preferred education in hospitality, wellness, or spa management.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all spa operations and guest experience to uphold luxury brand standards.
• Schedule staff, monitor service quality, and coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Design and update spa menus; implement service protocols and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and revenue targets; drive promotions.
• Train and coach spa team; monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
