Job summary

The Bandha Hotel & Suites in Bali seeks a Corporate Spa Manager to lead all spa operations on site in Kuta. You’ll ensure luxury service standards, schedule and supervise staff, and partner with departments to deliver a guest experience aligned with our signature brand.

Responsibilities include designing spa menus, implementing protocols, budgeting, revenue targets, training teams, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining health, safety and hygiene compliance in a serene, high-touch environment.

Role Description

The Corporate Spa Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuta, responsible for overseeing all spa operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience aligned with The Bandha's luxury brand standards. This position manages daily spa activities, including scheduling, staff supervision, service quality control, and coordination with other hotel departments. The role involves designing and updating spa menus, implementing service protocols, monitoring inventory, and ensuring a clean, safe, and relaxing environment. The Corporate Spa Manager also handles budgeting and revenue targets, develops promotional programs, maintains vendor relationships, and drives customer satisfaction through continuous improvement. Ongoing responsibilities include training and coaching spa team members, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Spa Management, including daily operations, team leadership, and service standards.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of enhancing guest experiences in a hospitality or spa setting.
• Solid Budgeting skills, including forecasting, cost control, and revenue management for spa services and products.
• Knowledge of Skin Care and wellness treatments, with the ability to guide service offerings and train staff on best practices.
• Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or spa environments, ideally in a managerial capacity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and spa management software; familiarity with reporting and KPI tracking.
• Relevant education or certification in hospitality, wellness, spa management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
