Responsibilities

• Lead the store with a clear commercial plan, set priorities, and grow sales, productivity, and profitability.
• Recruit, coach, and motivate a strong management team and staff, fostering trust, ownership, teamwork and succession planning.
• Drive a premium, consistent customer experience across channels, delivering personalized service and strong client relationships.
• Partner with operations to ensure strong daily execution of store standards, scheduling, inventory flow, and safety.
• Collaborate with regional and head office teams (Clienteling, HR, Operations, Merchandising, Training, Compensation & Benefits) to support priorities.
