MatchaTalent is seeking a Store Manager for a luxury fashion boutique in Surabaya. The role focuses on driving sales, leading the store team, and delivering premium customer service in a high-end retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of luxury fashion or handbag brand experience, strong leadership, clienteling skills, and a professional, customer-focused approach. Bachelor’s degree required and English communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily boutique operations and maintain premium customer service standards.
• Drive store sales performance and achieve KPIs including Sales Turnover, ATV, UPT, AUR, and customer retention.
• Build strong customer relationships through luxury clienteling strategies.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation aligns with brand standards.
• Lead, coach and develop store staff to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Oversee staff scheduling, recruitment support, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock management and after-sales service quality.
• Coordinate store reporting and operational matters with head office teams.
