Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail with store management responsibilities.
• Experience in full-price luxury boutiques, preferably handbags/leather goods or premium fashion.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor KPIs: AUR, ATV, UPT, turnover and customer retention.
• Lead daily team briefings and provide coaching to achieve KPIs.
• Manage inventory, stock counts, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand presentation meets luxury standards.
• Deliver personalized customer service and handle after-sales issues.
