• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• 3–5 years of luxury retail management experience.
• Experience with premium fashion or handbags preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily boutique operations and ensure luxury customer service standards.
• Drive store sales performance and achieve KPIs (Sales Turnover, ATV, UPT, AUR, retention).
• Build strong customer relationships through luxury clienteling strategies.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop store staff to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Manage staff scheduling, recruitment support, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock management, and after-sales service quality.
• Coordinate store reporting and operational matters with head office teams.
