The role requires prior duty manager or similar leadership experience in luxury hospitality, with Mandarin proficiency considered an asset.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as Duty Manager or similar operational leadership role in luxury hotel or resort.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily resort operations during the assigned shift and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Act as Manager on Duty and provide leadership across guest-facing departments.
• Engage with VIP guests, travel advisors, and key stakeholders to personalize guest experiences.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Ensure adherence to Aman’s luxury service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead collaboration across departments to resolve operational matters and safeguard guest satisfaction.
