Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations and ensure smooth service delivery during the assigned shift.
• Act as the Manager on Duty and provide leadership across guest-facing departments.
• Engage with VIP guests, travel advisors, and key stakeholders for a highly personalized experience.
• Handle guest concerns, service recovery and operational challenges with professionalism.
• Ensure adherence to Aman’s luxury service standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintain cross-department communication to resolve issues efficiently.
• Safeguard guest privacy, comfort, safety and overall satisfaction at all times.
• Lead by example and foster a culture of genuine hospitality, teamwork and service excellence.
