As the Manager on Duty (MOD), the Duty Manager provides visible operational leadership, coordinates guest-facing departments, and ensures the consistent delivery of Aman’s luxury service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager, or similar operational leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and personalized guest service.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed in high‑pressure situations.
