Job summary

The Luxury Collection Resort in Jimbaran, Bali seeks a Beverage Manager to lead daily beverage operations across restaurants, bars and room service. You will manage staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive cost control while elevating guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in luxury F&B with strong knowledge of wines, cocktails and pairing concepts, plus experience budgeting and inventory control. International luxury exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience, with 1-2 years in Beverage Manager or Assistant Beverage Manager.
• International luxury hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage beverage operations and staff daily.
• Ensure compliance with beverage policies and standards through training and supervision.
• Oversee beverage cost control, inventory, forecasting and budgeting.
• Develop beverage menus, promotions and wine/beverage pairings.
• Train staff on liquor control and customer service.
• Respond to guest feedback and drive service excellence.
