Job summary

Aman Group Sarl is seeking a New Openings Support Manager to coordinate and support the delivery of new hotel openings across the portfolio. You will work with the Regional/New Openings Manager, corporate teams, and property leadership to ensure milestones, readiness activities, and brand standards are tracked and executed on schedule.

The role is office-based and involves exposure to multiple projects, stakeholders, and luxury hospitality operations throughout the pre-opening lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, hotel operations, guest experience, project coordination, or pre-opening environments.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and pre-opening activities.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-opening activities across corporate departments, regional teams, and property leadership.
• Plan and track opening milestones, budgets, manning, OS&E, and operational setup.
• Escalate risks or delays and support regular reporting and reviews.
