Job summary

Swiss-Belhotel International is opening a new hotel and seeks a Department Head/Manager to lead the pre-opening efforts. You will spearhead the setup, recruit across all departments, and conduct comprehensive training to prepare the team for a successful launch.

You will drive execution with a strong focus on leadership, collaboration, and delivering outstanding guest experiences, guided by our core values and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position from an international hotel chain.
• Experience in pre-opening is an advantage.
• Strong leadership is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• English is a must (written and spoken).
• Driven, team player, result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the setup process for our brand-new hotel for the grand opening.
• Identify and recruit skilled individuals for all hotel departments.
• Conduct engaging and comprehensive training sessions for staff.
• Embed Swiss-Belhotel International values in all employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
