Job summary

Swiss-Belhotel Nabire (Pre-opening) is recruiting for a leadership-focused role to spearhead the hotel's setup and pre-opening operations. You will identify and recruit talent across all departments, conduct comprehensive training, and embed the Swiss-Belhotel International values to build a cohesive team delivering exceptional guest experiences during the opening phase.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain.
• Experience in pre-opening will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• English is a must (written and spoken).
• Driven, team player, result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the entire setup process for our brand-new hotel, ensuring every detail is perfect for our grand opening.
• Identify and recruit skilled and enthusiastic individuals for a variety of roles across all hotel departments.
• Conduct engaging and comprehensive training sessions to equip our staff with the knowledge and skills they need to excel.
