Dijiwa Sanctuaries is offering a Food and Beverage Service Trainee internship at Mathis Lodge Amed, Bali. You will join a guest-focused service team, learning the art of fine dining service under experienced mentors in a luxury boutique setting.

You will develop practical skills in table settings, order taking, menu knowledge, and guest interactions while embracing the warmth, attentiveness, and cultural pride that define our hospitality ethos.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or SMA/SMK; hospitality program preferred.
• Indonesian language is essential; basic English is a plus.
• Able to commit to full internship duration and flexible shifts (weekends/holidays).
• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from hospitality, tourism, or related program.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with warm Indonesian hospitality.
• Learn and execute proper table settings, service techniques, and presentation standards.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in serving meals and beverages to guests; ensure timely delivery.
• Support bar operations under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas per hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and back-of-house teams for seamless service.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
