Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxurious hotel environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese would be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
