Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; advanced F&B or luxury hospitality certifications are a plus.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in F&B within upscale hotel or resort environments.
• Proven experience in implementing service rituals, SOPs and luxury standards.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction across restaurants, bars, banquets and in-room dining.
• Develop culinary, beverage and service concepts to position the hotel as a destination.
• Drive revenue growth through pricing, promotions, upselling and cost control.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and KPIs with data-driven decisions.
• Lead diverse teams, foster belonging and high performance.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate across departments to create integrated guest experiences.
