Job summary

Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort in Bali seeks a Club Millésime Manager to lead our exclusive executive lounge team and curate unforgettable luxury experiences for discerning guests.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, you will guide Attendants and Butlers, coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping and Front Office, and uphold Sofitel’s standards of discretion, warmth, and polished service.

Qualifications

• Bring at least 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, including 2+ years inspiring a team within an Executive Lounge, Front Office, or Guest Relations role.
• Demonstrate luxury guest service protocols, etiquette, and butler artistry with credibility to set the standard for others.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to remain calm under pressure.
• Lead, motivate, and coach multicultural teams with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity and discretion at all times.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of Club Millésime Lounge to ensure Sofitel’s luxury service standards shine in every interaction.
• Oversee guest journeys from arrivals to refined food and beverage service, creating a welcoming exclusive sanctuary.
• Supervise Attendants and Butlers to deliver gracious, intuitive service from the heart.
• Maintain a warm presence during peak times to anticipate desires and provide tailored care.
• Coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office to ensure seamless operations across the resort.
• Uphold operational policies, safety, and privacy while reflecting Sofitel’s aesthetic.
