Job summary

Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort in Bali invites a seasoned Club Millésime Manager to lead our exclusive executive lounge team and curate unforgettable luxury experiences for our guests.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, you will ensure flawless service from morning check-ins to evening aperitifs, mentor a multicultural team, and collaborate with F&B, Housekeeping and Front Office to maintain the resort's refined ambience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in luxury hospitality, including 2+ years leading a team in an Executive Lounge, Front Office, or Guest Relations.
• Deep knowledge of luxury guest service protocols, etiquette, and butler artistry.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, remains calm under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach multicultural teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity and discretion at all times.
• Experience using Opera Cloud or PMS; proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of Club Millésime Lounge to maintain Sofitel luxury service.
• Oversee all guest journey aspects from arrivals to refined F&B, creating a welcoming exclusive sanctuary.
• Inspire and coach lounge Attendants and Butlers to deliver gracious, anticipatory service.
• Maintain a warm presence during peak times to connect with guests.
• Coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Front Office for seamless operations.
• Oversee lounge ambiance, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Address guest feedback and turn service recovery into delight.
• Provide training on luxury etiquette and cultural awareness.
• Uphold policies, safety practices and financial guidelines.
• Review guest satisfaction insights and elevate service offerings.
• Oversee lounge inventory and reporting.
• Prepare operational reports highlighting guest preferences and team milestones.
• Conduct energizing daily briefings for VIP movements and events.
• Safeguard guest privacy with discretion and warmth.
