Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Bali is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance for the outlet. You will supervise daily operations, assist with menu planning, and ensure sanitation standards while supporting the team during peak periods.

You will determine training needs, implement development plans, and partner with culinary leadership to position the outlet effectively in the local market, while upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in F&B or related area.
• 2-year degree in Hospitality/Business; 2 years F&B experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning.
• Maintains sanitation standards and supports servers/hosts during peak periods.
• Drives guest satisfaction and trains staff to meet Gold Standards.
