You will design menus, supervise a pastry team, ensure HACCP and food safety, manage inventory and costs, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and budget goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional pastry experience, with 2–3 years in a leadership role in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of modern pastry techniques, chocolates, confections, and plated desserts.
• Deep understanding of international and local pastry trends and premium ingredients.
• Strong skills in production planning, yield management, and food cost control.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach multicultural teams and maintain high standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day pastry production to ensure desserts and confections meet high taste, quality, and visual standards.
• Design innovative pastry menus, signature desserts, and plated creations.
• Enforce HACCP, sanitation, and temperature controls across pastry stations.
