Job summary

Hyatt at Alila Solo seeks a Chef de Partie to manage daily culinary operations under the guidance of the Sous Chef. You will ensure Hyatt standards are met and leverage local flavors to exceed guest expectations, collaborating closely with kitchen teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie in premium hotels or large restaurants, with luxury brand experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Indonesian nationality with a degree in Culinary or Hospitality Management.
• Experience: Chef de Partie 2+ years or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie in hotel or large restaurant.
• Experience with luxury international brands preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Basic computer skills in MS Office; Recipe Maintenance System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for the culinary department under the Sous Chef.
• Ensure Hyatt standards are met and guest experiences are enhanced.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver unique local dining experiences.
