Job summary

Suites 5 Hotel is hiring a Chef De Partie for its Lima Kitchen outlet. Candidates should have a Culinary Arts SMK or a Diploma in Hospitality/Culinary Arts, with 2–3 years as a Demi Chef/Commis in a restaurant.

Deep knowledge of Indonesian regional dishes and Japanese cooking techniques is preferred. The role requires flexibility for shifts and good physical endurance; HACCP or food handling certification is a plus.
