Job summary

Alila Solo in Central Java is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead daily kitchen operations and uphold Hyatt-level standards. You will collaborate with the Sous Chef to deliver exceptional local experiences while maintaining top hygiene and safety practices.

The ideal candidate holds a Culinary or Hospitality Management degree with 2+ years in a similar role, preferably within luxury brands. Will consider candidates with kitchen production or management training.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary or Hospitality Management is required.
• Minimum 2 years as Chef de Partie or 3–4 years as Demi Chef de Partie in hotels or large restaurants with strong standards.
• Experience in luxury international brands is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the culinary department.
• Ensure Hyatt standards and exceed guest expectations with local experiences.
