Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in retail training, classroom facilitation, instructional design, or digital learning.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and the luxury beauty advisor mindset.
• Experience managing mobile learning management systems (LMS) or digital content creation tools.
• Excellent project management, public speaking, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and localize digital learning modules and updates for MyDior and SkillsUp apps.
• Translate global guidelines into engaging mobile-first content for local markets.
• Plan and manage local MyDior and SkillsUp calendars for timely updates.
• Lead classroom trainings with a focus on Client Development curriculum.
• Collaborate with Retail Ops, Store Managers, and Training Manager to integrate apps into onboarding.
• Generate regular reports on engagement and performance by store.
• Oversee operational training logistics, room setups, and materials.
