Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in retail training or digital learning.
• Experience with luxury retail or beauty sector preferred.
• Strong storytelling and client development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and localize digital learning modules for MyDior and SkillsUp.
• Lead classroom training sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate with stores, managers, and regional teams on content updates.
• Analyze engagement and performance data to improve programs.
• Manage training logistics and event support.
