PT Luxasia Indonesia is seeking an Education Manager to drive brand excellence through training and development of retail teams across our beauty and luxury categories. You will ensure consistent delivery of brand DNA, product knowledge, and service standards to elevate customer experience and commercial performance.

The role requires 5–7 years in training or education within beauty or luxury retail, a bachelor’s degree, and strong coaching and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in training/education, preferably in beauty or luxury retail.
• Fluent English, excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly training plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Deliver engaging product, service, and brand training to retail teams.
• Ensure Beauty Advisors have product knowledge and selling skills.
• Uphold brand standards, storytelling, and artistry techniques.
• Drive service excellence through coaching and in-store support.
• Lead training sessions for new product launches and campaigns.
• Translate global training materials into locally relevant content.
• Conduct regular store visits to coach and assess team performance.
• Track training effectiveness and provide KPI insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, retail, and HR teams.
