Qualifications

• Beverage knowledge: Cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks; basic prep and presentation.
• Guest service: Strong, engaging, service-oriented personality with guest focus.
• Communication: Good English; additional languages advantageous.
• Stamina: Able to stand long hours; lift trays; work fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail: Accurate order taking, beverage prep, payments, and bar upkeep.
• Safety: Knowledge of hygiene, safety, glass handling, and responsible service.
