Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in 5-star hotels or fine-dining settings, with culinary certification and strong English, plus keen attention to cleanliness and professional appearance. Experience with guest dietary requests is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar roles within 5-star hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
• Culinary school diploma or professional cooking certification.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standard.
• Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and food preparation methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate your assigned kitchen station with precision and consistency.
• Execute prep tasks and food production as directed by the Junior Sous Chef.
• Ensure all mise en place is complete and up to quality standards.
• Use proper recipes and presentation techniques to uphold culinary excellence.
• Accommodate guest dietary or special requests with attention to detail.
• Keep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with FSMS standards.
• Collaborate with all team members to ensure continuity and quality.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and reflect the high standards of Aman.
