Aman Group is seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our luxury hospitality team in Indonesia. You will maintain and operate your kitchen station with precision, perform prep tasks, and ensure mise en place meets the highest quality standards.

We require 1–2 years of 5-star hotel or fine-dining experience, a culinary diploma, and strong English skills. Professional appearance and meticulous cleanliness are essential to uphold Aman's premium standards across guest experiences.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles within 5-star hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
• Culinary school diploma or professional cooking certification.
• Proficiency in English is required.

• Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and food preparation methods.
