Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen position is preferred.
• Fresh graduates from a culinary or hospitality background are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Able to prepare a variety of dishes and follow recipes accurately.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, menu standards, and guest preferences.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure all food items are fresh and properly stored.
• Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion consistency.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Monitor ingredient stock and inform the supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
• Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Assist with menu preparation and suggest new dishes when required.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure it is used safely.
