Job summary

Aman seeks a Kitchen staff member to join our luxury kitchen team in Bali. You will maintain your station, perform prep work, and ensure mise en place meets our high standards, while conforming to recipes and presentation guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in 5-star hotels or fine-dining settings, with culinary certification and strong English, plus keen attention to cleanliness and professional appearance. Experience with guest dietary requests is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar roles within 5-star hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
• Culinary school diploma or professional cooking certification.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standard.
• Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and food preparation methods.
