We are hiring a Villa Manager for the Lost Villa in Bali.

This role is full-time, on-site in Bali, and exclusively for experienced hospitality professionals. You MUST have prior management experience in luxury accommodations, hospitality, or boutique hotels, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences. And you must speak English and Bahasa fluently.

You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure top-tier guest service, and help shape the reputation of Lost Villa as one of Bali's most unique luxury stays. I want a leader who thrives under pressure, has an eye for detail, and knows how to build a culture of excellence.

The Lost Villa is Bali's finest home and we aim to deliver an experience that rivals the Ritz Carlton.

Please note, you must have an Indonesian working permit.

Role

You are going to own and lead the entire villa operation.
Expected responsibilities:

• Manage bookings, guest relations, and day-to-day operations
• Supervise and train staff to deliver world-class service
• Oversee villa maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation
• Ensure smooth communication between guests, team, and ownership
• Collaborate on marketing ideas, events, and villa experiences
• Seek constant feedback and obsess over improving the guest experience

Goals

• Consistently maintain 5-star guest reviews across all platforms
• Build a strong local team culture and streamline operational systems
• Elevate guest experience with personalized service and attention to detail

Compensation

Monthly salary range: 12,500,000 IDR to 25,000,000 IDR (depending on experience) + performance bonuses tied to occupancy rates, guest reviews, and profitability.
