Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing/logistics operations, including bonded zone warehouses.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to plan, own tasks and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• English communication skills preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Semarang.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent receiving, identifying, storing, dispatching, and quality control to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor warehouse performance, accuracy of inventory/transactions, and maintain complete documentation and reports.
• Lead, coach, and allocate workload for warehouse teams; determine staffing levels and conduct daily shift meetings.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve issues, maintain smooth inbound/outbound operations, and support site communication activities.
• Review trends, identify gaps, improve procedures, and update training plans while addressing training/qualification needs.
• Act as key operational contact during assigned shifts, overseeing safety, people, and overall warehouse performance.
