Job summary

DHL Group in North Jakarta is seeking a Warehouse Admin Intern for a 6–12 month period. University students in their final semester will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Warehouse Team, gaining hands-on exposure to freight forwarding warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include preparing shipment documents, maintaining records, and coordinating with stakeholders. Candidates should have MS Office skills, good English, strong time management, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• University students in final semester from any major.
• Active involvement in campus organizations preferred.
• Previous internship experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for freight forwarding warehouse processes and operational activities under close supervision.
• Assist with routine tasks such as shipment document preparation and arrangement.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of shipment records.
• Support internal communication and coordination with stakeholders as required.
• Assist the team in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
