Job summary

PT Baria Bulk Terminal in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Logistic / Supply Chain Staff to oversee domestic transportation and distribution operations across the group. You will manage daily logistics activities, transporters, deliveries, and interbranch movements.

The role requires at least 1 year in logistics, strong coordination and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel with exposure to Lark Base or ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Experience with domestic trucking and distribution.
• Experience coordinating multiple deliveries and transporters.
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Lark Base or ERP systems is an advantage.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Logistic / Supply Chain Staff to oversee domestic transportation and distribution operations across the group. The role will manage daily logistics activities, transporters, deliveries, branch distribution, intercompany movements, and logistics costs.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and oversee daily transportation and delivery activities.

Manage trucking companies, transporters, drivers, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate import cargo pickup and movements between ports, terminals, factories, warehouses, customers, and branches.

Manage customer, branch, and intercompany deliveries.

Monitor deliveries and resolve delays, breakdowns, discrepancies, and other operational issues.

Review transportation rates, invoices, and logistics costs.

Supervise and support Logistics Staff.

Maintain accurate logistics records and reporting in Lark Base.

Develop and improve logistics processes, SOPs, and cost-efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum 1 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.

Strong experience in domestic trucking and distribution.

Experience managing transporters and coordinating multiple deliveries.

Experience in manufacturing, trading, distribution, or industrial logistics is preferred.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of Excel; experience with Lark Base or ERP systems is an advantage.

Hands-on, organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
