Job summary

PT WIRYAMANTA SADINA (WINGSTOP) is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory for over 100 restaurant outlets nationwide. You will coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Operations, and Finance to optimize stock levels and cost.

The role requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Engineering and 5 years’ experience in F&B or retail. SAP experience is preferred. You will coach and develop a team and present performance reports.

• At least 5 years in a supply chain role in F&B or retail.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and nationwide distribution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast demand aligned with business growth and promotions.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing stockouts and holding costs.
• Lead supplier relationships, ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Operations, and Finance for seamless execution.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement process improvements.

Job description

Product demand planning and forecasting are aligned with business growth, sales trends, promotional activities, and operational requirements across all restaurant outlets.

Ensure purchasing processes are effective, efficient, and compliant with company policies, food safety standards, and applicable regulations.

Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing stock shortages, overstock situations, and inventory holding costs.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to ensure materials are delivered on time, in the required quantity, quality, and cost.

Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.

Monitor supplier performance through regular evaluation of service level, quality, lead time, and cost efficiency.

Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence.

Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of inventory to support more than 100 restaurant outlets nationwide.

Prepare and present supply chain performance reports, including forecasting accuracy, inventory turnover, service level, and cost performance.

Lead, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback, performance management, and capability development initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

Min S1 in Supply Chain/Management/Industrial Engineering/from reputable University

At least 5 years working experience as Supply Chain or similar Position in the F&B Industry and retail

In Depth knowledge of Supply chain processes

Experience managing supply chain operations for a nationwide distribution network and multiple outlets is an advantage

Familiar with Supply Chain Management System preferred SAP system
