• Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze logistics performance, including delivery speed, transportation costs, productivity, shipment quality, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational and fleet data to identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement data-driven process improvement initiatives to optimize logistics operations and service quality.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Operations, and other teams to improve fleet utilization, productivity, cost efficiency, and overall operational performance.

As a Logistics Strategy & Excellence Supervisor, you will turn logistics data into actionable insights and improvement initiatives. You’ll monitor key operational metrics, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance logistics and fleet performance.

What You’ll Do
