Job summary

DSV is seeking a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to plan and drive operational process enhancements across logistics operations. You will analyze data, propose improvements, and work with leadership to implement initiatives that boost productivity and SLA compliance.

With a background in logistics and at least two years in a supervisory role, you will map business processes, present findings using Excel, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver tangible results while maintaining high customer

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Ability to map business processes in detail and present data clearly.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with process improvement techniques and data analysis.

Description of Tasks :

1. Plan and execute operational process improvements that significantly boost productivity and utilization
2. Work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to identify and roll out Continuous Improvement initiatives that drive results
3. Analyze operational data to uncover improvement opportunities and create improvement plan
4. Assist in project implementation, ensuring adherence to SLAs/PKIs and maintaining high customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

1. Basic knowledge in Logistic & Supply chain
2. Familiarity with Solutions Design and process improvement techniques.
3. Diploma or bachelor’s degree
4. Minimum 2 years as a supervisor or Assistant Manager of relevant business experience
5. Able to create, present and analyze data using Ms. Excel
6. Ability to mapping business process in detail
7. Ability to find improvement ideas with any improvement techniques/mothod
8. Self-management (Planning, Organizing & Goal Setting, Execution)
9. Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
10. Problem-solving skills
11. Organized, flexible and able to prioritize work under tight deadlines
12. English (Fluent in verbal and written)
