Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Stock Control Supervisor to oversee inventory management in our Jakarta warehouse. You will lead stock counting, monitor inventory movement, and ensure records match system data across the end-to-end process.

Candidates should have 2–4 years in stock control, strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in stock/inventory control.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic ERP/WMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy by regular physical counts and reconciliation.
• Perform cycle counting prioritizing high-discrepancy items.
• Identify and investigate stock discrepancies by tracing movement across processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Inbound, Fulfillment and Outbound teams to maintain accurate records.

As a Stock Control Supervisor, you will oversee inventory control activities within the warehouse, ensuring stock accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. You will lead stock counting, monitor inventory movement, and collaborate with Warehouse, Inbound, Fulfillment, and Outbound teams to maintain accurate and reliable inventory records.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular physical stock counts and reconciling inventory against system records.
• Perform cycle counting based on stock movement, prioritizing items with higher discrepancies, high volume, or limited movement.
• Identify and investigate stock discrepancies by tracing inventory movement across the end-to-end warehouse process.
• Conduct reconciliation and root cause analysis to identify the source of discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are properly implemented.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Inbound, Fulfillment, and related teams to maintain accurate inventory records and improve stock control processes.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Stock Control, Inventory Control, Warehouse, Logistics, or related areas.
• Good understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies until the root cause is identified.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with WMS/ERP or inventory management systems.
