Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Dark Store / Warehouse Specialist to supervise daily operations, ensure accurate receiving, processing, and replenishment while driving efficiency and safety. You will lead frontline teams and vendor manpower, aiming for high service levels and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3-5 years in warehouse/dc/dark store operations, familiarity with WMS, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution center, or dark store operations.
• Experience handling fresh/frozen items is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dark store operations, including inbound, processing, inventory control, and replenishment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through stock monitoring, reconciliation, and movement control.
• Monitor productivity and ensure compliance with SOPs, quality and safety standards.
• Lead warehouse associates and vendor manpower to meet targets.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, and Logistics teams for seamless operations.
• Identify operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs for decisions.
• Ensure timely replenishment and product availability for distribution and demand.

As a Dark Store / Warehouse Specialist, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound, processing, inventory management, and replenishment activities. You will lead frontline teams, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive operational excellence by ensuring compliance with SOPs, productivity targets, and service levels.This role is ideal for someone with strong operational leadership, warehouse experience, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

Supervise daily dark store operations, including inbound, processing, inventory control, and replenishment activities.

Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock monitoring, reconciliation, and movement control.

Monitor operational productivity and ensure compliance with SOPs, quality, and safety standards.

Lead, coach, and manage warehouse associates and vendor manpower to achieve operational targets.

Coordinate with Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.

Identify operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators to support business decisions.

Ensure timely replenishment and product availability to support downstream distribution and customer demand.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution center, or dark store operations.

Experience in handling fresh/frozen items will be a strong plus.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and replenishment processes.

Experience leading operational teams and managing vendor manpower.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and adapt to shifting business priorities.
