Kuehne + Nagel is recruiting for a National Project Logistics Customer Excellence Manager in Surabaya, East Java. You will lead operations, drive customer excellence, and manage financial performance while developing a capable team and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project logistics, onboarding new business, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth and profitability across national operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in project logistics operations and customer service management.
• Experience managing P&L, financial reporting, profitability, and business performance targets.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Surabaya, East Java, ID.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities within project logistics and customer excellence in Surabaya, East Java.
• Lead Operations & Customer Excellence to maintain high service standards and efficiency.
• Oversee P&L, financial reporting, profitability, and minimum margins.
• Drive onboarding of new business and ensure profitability objectives are met.
• Monitor staffing, system updates, and KPI implementation.
• Build relationships with customers and manage escalations.
• Lead and develop the team with mentorship and growth.
• Collaborate with national and corporate teams to support strategy.
