Job summary

Samudera Indonesia in Bandar Lampung is seeking a motivated professional to coordinate shipping documents (Manifest, Bill of Lading, Letter of Authority), monitor container movement, and report long idle containers. You will maintain data accuracy, ensure customer satisfaction, and support continuous improvement across operations while collaborating with sales and logistics teams.

Bachelor’s degree and experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics are preferred; strong communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience in Sales/Marketing of shipping/logistics is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Solid understanding of shipping and basic costing & pricing.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide realistic solutions to customer issues.

Responsibilities

Coordinating with all parties related regarding shipping documents (Manifest, Bill Of Lading, Letter of Authority).
Monitoring container movement.
Arranging reports of long idle container.
Maintaining effective data completion and data maintenance, as well as excellent customer satisfaction.
